PEP Program
In conjunction with the North Dakota Bankers Association, Garrison State Bank and Trust promotes consumer education through the PEP (Personal Economics Program). Bank personnel partner with local school districts to bring financial education into the classroom.Second graders are introduced to banking through "Meet the Bank".Fourth graders learn about savings accounts.Junior High students are taught how to write checks and reconcile checking accounts.The Senior class presentation includes information on credit cards, credit history and identity theft.
Bank tours are also available upon request.
